Deloitte in Switzerland continues double digit growth

Deloitte in Switzerland reports its financial results for year ending 31 May 2014

Deloitte, one of the leading audit, advisory and consulting companies in Switzerland, has reported gross revenues of 461 million CHF for the year ending 31 May 2014 - a 22% increase on the previous year 377 million CHF (for year ending 31 May 2013). Our business performance

Deloitte reported gross revenues of 461 Million CHF for the year ending 31 May 2014, a 22% increase on the 377 Million CHF revenue in year 2013. Deloitte is one of the fastest growing professional services firms in Switzerland.

Our investment in our talent

In FY14, the Deloitte talent grew by 13% to more than 1’300 employees. Approximately 37% of our employees are female, with 12% female partners. The number of partners increased to 94. The firm increased the recruitment of graduates from 134 in FY13 to 148 this year.

In Switzerland, over 500 in-house training courses were offered to Deloitte employees. In addition, the European Deloitte University was opened in December 2013, focusing on the development of leadership and business advisory skills for Deloitte employees.

Our commitment to sustainability

In June 2013, we successfully achieved certification for our operations in Switzerland against the ISO 14001 environmental management standard. This certificate will enable us to continually monitor and reduce our environmental impacts. We have started to implement the first steps of “Our green journey”, our environmental programme which is part of Deloitte’s strong, international sustainability agenda. Our goal is to become an environmentally exemplary firm by 2020.
