Reto Savoia, CEO of Deloitte Switzerland
Reto is the CEO of Deloitte Switzerland and a member of the Executive of Deloitte North and South Europe. Prior to his current role, he held various leadership positions within Deloitte: from transforming, as Managing Partner Tax & Legal, our tax business from 2011 to 2016, to driving the strong expansion of our market footprint in Switzerland as Clients & Industries leader from 2016 to 2019. Furthermore, he served from 2013 to 2019 as a board member of Deloitte UK, respectively Deloitte North and South Europe.
Having spent 14 years with Deloitte, combined with over 20 years of industry experience, providing solutions to clients’ complex challenges still excites Reto. He is a Swiss international and corporate tax professional with more than 20 years of experience in cross-border structuring, M&A and business reorganisations. Reto has masters’ degrees in business administration and law from the University of St. Gallen, and is a member of the Board of economiesuisse.
Anna Celner, Managing Partner, Global
Anna is Managing Partner, Global, responsible for bringing the best of the Deloitte global network to Swiss clients and taking a leading role in managing global relationships for the Swiss firm. She is Vice Chairman at Deloitte UK and the Global Lead Client Service Partner for a major financial services organisation.
She has been a member of the Swiss Executive team since 2010 and has more than 20 years of experience serving global financial services institutions in Europe and the US in the areas of strategy development, operating model design and implementation, profitability enhancement, and large transformational programmes focused on regulatory change, governance, risk, shared services, and outsourcing/offshoring.
Nick Davies, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner, Talent
Nick is the Chief Operating Officer, Managing Partner for Talent and member of the Swiss Executive team. He has been with Deloitte since 1996, after beginning his career in the financial services industry. He was the Managing Partner for Consulting from 2011 to 2016, where he led the business through a period of unprecedented growth. He serves clients across Industry sectors working primarily on technology projects ranging from the strategic to those requiring complex international implementation.
Markus Weber, Managing Partner, Quality, Risk & Security
Markus leads the Quality, Risk & Security function and is a member of the Swiss Executive team. He is a senior tax expert with more than 18 years of experience in investment fund structuring, U.S. Withholding Taxes & Reporting and other operational taxes as well as tax transparency regimes. Prior to joining Deloitte, he was the managing director of a fund management company, followed by a role as executive director in the group tax department of a leading Swiss bank, where he was responsible for compliance with cross-border U.S. tax regulations.
Alessandro Miolo, Managing Partner, Audit & Assurance
Alessandro is the Managing Partner for Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice and a member of the Swiss Executive team. A Swiss Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience, Alessandro has been Lead Partner on numerous major national and international audit and advisory mandates. Alessandro is responsible for widening the scope of the firm’s assurance services and developing the next generation of audit services. He also plays a leading role in Deloitte’s CFO network, helping CFOs of Swiss organisations manage the complexities of their roles, tackle their company’s most compelling challenges and adapt to strategic shifts in the market.
Jackie Hess, Managing Partner, Tax & Legal
Jackie is the Managing Partner for Tax & Legal and a member of Deloitte’s Swiss Executive team. She has more than 20 years of experience serving some of Deloitte’s largest multinational clients. Her specialist areas include business model optimisation in the BEPS era, Swiss ruling and tax holiday negotiations, tax controversy, and audit defence. In addition, she has extensive experience in cross-border tax planning including substance reviews, IP structuring, and finance planning. Jackie’s industry specialism is life sciences, and she advises predominately US-listed biotech and medtech companies that have their European headquarters in Switzerland.
Sven Probst, Managing Partner, Risk Advisory
Sven is the Managing Partner for the Risk Advisory business in Switzerland and a member of the Swiss Executive team. Having started his career as a banker, he has provided advice and assurance services to the industry for over 20 years. Sven has extensive experience and expertise in governance and control, regulatory issues, investigations, payments and sanctions, project management, IT and cyber risk. Previously, he was the CEO of an IT services provider.
Adam Stanford, Managing Partner, Consulting
Adam leads the Swiss Consulting Practice, and is a member of the Swiss Executive and the Executive of Deloitte Consulting North and South Europe (NSE). Since joining Deloitte in 2008, Adam has led the Swiss Consulting Financial Services practice and the Swiss Consulting Strategy and Operations practice. Adam started his career in private banking in Switzerland and was the global COO of a listed fintech company.
During his career in banking and professional services, Adam has accumulated more than 28 years of experience advising senior executives and boards on areas such as restructuring, post-merger integration, business strategy development and operating model design. Adam serves strategic accounts in Switzerland and globally as Lead Client Service Partner and Lead Consulting Partner and regularly contributes to Swiss media in areas concerning the financial services industry and innovation.
Konstantin von Radowitz, Managing Partner, Financial Advisory
Konstantin is the Managing Partner of the Financial Advisory practice and a member of the Swiss Executive team. He has more than 23 years of experience focused on serving industrial clients in the domestic market and internationally. His extensive expertise includes large transformation programmes and complex M&A transactions.
Nico Kleyn, Managing Partner, Clients & Industries
Nico is the Managing Partner for Clients & Industries, responsible for developing and executing client, industry, sector, and insights strategies. Additionally, he is a member of the Swiss Executive and the global lead client service partner for a Life Sciences company.
Nico has more than 20 years of management consulting experience having worked with leading multinational organisations in the Life Sciences, Chemicals and Consumer sectors, advising on driving growth and productivity through strategic, operational and technology led transformations.
Jean-Francois Lagasse, Financial Services Industry Leader
Jean-François is the Swiss Financial Services Industry Leader and a Partner within Deloitte Switzerland’s Financial Advisory business. He also leads our Global Wealth Management segment and is a member of the Swiss Executive. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field and has worked in the United States, Canada and Switzerland. Jean-François has successfully completed numerous M&A advisory and valuation mandates in sectors such as financial services, technology and telecom industries.
Vicky Levy, Life Sciences Industry Leader
Vicky leads the Life Sciences and Healthcare business across North & South Europe, and is based in Switzerland. She is a member of the North & South Europe and Swiss Executive teams. Vicky brings more than 20 years of global life sciences consulting experience to our clients in Europe and around the globe. She advises executives across a range of topics including executive transitions and transformation.
She has architected and embedded multiple, global, commercial transformation programmes for a number of Fortune 100 life sciences companies. These transformations range from commercial excellence, to enterprise-wide customer centricity, to digital transformation. She also brings a broad range of therapeutic area knowledge across specialty and primary care.
She joined Deloitte through the acquisition of Monitor Company. At Monitor, she held multiple leadership roles including a member of the Global Executive team whilst always in client service and leading client relationships.
Karine Szegedi, Managing Partner, Private
Karine leads Deloitte Private in Switzerland and is a member of the Swiss Executive team. She is an Audit Partner and Swiss Licenced Audit Expert with over 20 years of experience in the areas of consumer business, retail, hospitality and life sciences. Karine also leads the fashion and luxury sector group, with a particular focus on the watch industry.
