Reto Savoia, CEO of Deloitte Switzerland

Reto is the CEO of Deloitte Switzerland and a member of the Executive of Deloitte North and South Europe. Before assuming the role of CEO in 2019, he held various leadership positions within Deloitte. For example, he served as Managing Partner Tax & Legal from 2011 to 2016, as part of which he transformed the company’s tax business, and he also held the role of Clients & Industries Leader from 2016 to 2019, which saw him drive the substantial expansion of the market footprint. In addition, he served on the boards of Deloitte UK and Deloitte North and South Europe from 2013 to 2019.

After almost 20 years with Deloitte and over 25 years in the industry, Reto is still as passionate as ever about finding solutions to the complex challenges faced by clients. He is a Swiss tax expert for international corporate tax with particular expertise in cross-border structuring, M&A and business reorganisations. Reto holds master’s degrees in business administration and law from the University of St. Gallen and is a member of the board of economiesuisse.

Markus Weber, Chief Operating Officer

Markus is Deloitte's Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Executive team in Switzerland. He leads the Internal Enabling Functions and is a senior tax expert with more than 20 years of experience in investment fund structuring, U.S. Withholding Taxes & Reporting and other operational taxes as well as tax transparency regimes. Prior to joining Deloitte, he was the managing director of a fund management company, followed by a role as executive director in the group tax department of a leading Swiss bank, where he was responsible for compliance with cross-border U.S. tax regulations.

Veronica Melian, Chief People Officer

Veronica is a Consulting Partner with more than 25 years of experience advising clients on talent and transformation issues. She also serves as Chief People Officer for Deloitte Switzerland, leading the company’s People & Purpose function as part of the Swiss Executive Team.

She has extensive experience of leading large-scale global transformation programmes and enabling organisations to embrace change. She advises business leaders on how to transform the way their businesses operate and prepares them for the future of work. Veronica holds an MBA from the Ohio State University (USA) and a PhD in Psychology of Human Resources from the University of Valencia (Spain).

Liza Engel

Nico Kleyn, Chief Strategy Officer

Nico is the Managing Partner for Life Sciences & Health Care for Switzerland and North & South Europe, as well as a global lead client service partner for a life sciences company. As a member of the Swiss Executive Team, he also serves as Chief Strategy Officer.

Nico has more than 20 years of management consulting experience. He has worked with leading multinational organisations in the life sciences, chemicals and consumer sectors, advising them on how to drive growth and productivity through strategic, operational and technology-led transformations.

Liza Engel, Chief Sustainability Officer

Liza is Chief Sustainability Officer, managing partner and member of the Swiss Executive team at Deloitte Switzerland. She oversees the progress of Deloitte’s WorldClimate strategy in Switzerland, which drives our firm’s responsible climate choices and guides us to achieve our net zero objectives.

Liza provides cross-business leadership for Deloitte Switzerland’s Sustainability services including managing its strategic direction and driving critical shifts to adapt to the changing sustainability landscape.

Liza was previously Chief People Officer where she led their people and purpose division through an agile transformation. She has over 20 years of experience in transformation strategy with expertise in organisational effectiveness, digital transformation and experience design.

Liza is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and improving the communities in which we serve. She spearheaded the launch of the Swiss firm’s volunteering platform and is an active volunteer where her focus is on empowering future leaders.

Reto Gerber, Managing Partner, Tax & Legal

Reto is the Managing Partner for Deloitte's Tax & Legal Practice and a member of Executive team of Deloitte Switzerland. He is also part of the Tax & Legal Executive team for Deloitte North and South Europe and a Swiss Certified Tax Expert with nearly 25 years of experience. Reto is one of the leading M&A tax specialists in Switzerland and particularly savvy in cross-border and domestic corporate restructuring topics. Reto is the lead tax advisor of several Swiss-based listed companies and advises Swiss and foreign-based private equity houses. Reto holds a master's degree in law from the University of Berne.

Klaus Julisch, Managing Partner, Risk Advisory

Dr. Klaus Julisch is Managing Partner for Risk Advisory, a member of the Swiss Executive and lead partner of Deloitte's cyber practice in Switzerland. As a member of the European cyber leadership team, he takes part in managing the growth of Deloitte's cyber services across the region. On the client side, Klaus works across industries and specialises in cyber security solutions that enable digital innovation and business growth while protecting organisations' brands, data, and technology infrastructure. Klaus has over 20 years of experience in cyber security and risk management. His work has been published internationally, and he holds 15 patents in the areas of security and privacy.

Alessandro Miolo, Managing Partner, Audit & Assurance

Alessandro is the Managing Partner for Deloitte's Audit & Assurance practice and a member of the Swiss Executive team. A Swiss Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience, Alessandro has been lead partner on numerous major national and international audit and advisory mandates. Alessandro is responsible for widening the scope of the firm's assurance services and developing the next generation of audit services. He also plays a leading role in Deloitte's CFO network, helping CFOs of Swiss organisations manage the complexities of their roles, tackle their company's most compelling challenges and adapt to strategic shifts in the market.

Alessandro Miolo

Yousif Al-Adhami, Managing Partner, Consulting

Yousif leads Deloitte Switzerland's leading Consulting practice. He is a member of the Swiss Executive Group and a of the Executive of Deloitte Consulting in North and South Europe (NSE). He is specialised in Digital Transformation and Life Sciences, with extensive experience in IT strategy, sourcing and operating models. Since joining Deloitte in 2007, Yousif has been instrumental in advising, designing, and leading significant IT transformation programs for a diverse array of European and Global organisations.

Yousif's exemplary leadership and expertise were recognized in 2022 with his appointment to the Executive as the Technology Advisory Leader, a position he continues to hold. His primary focus is on driving the long-term success of Deloitte’s consulting clients, bolstering their innovative capabilities. This includes providing strategic guidance on the adoption of generative artificial intelligence and leveraging Deloitte’s comprehensive suite of sustainability services.

Konstantin von Radowitz, Managing Partner, Financial Advisory

Konstantin is the Managing Partner of Deloitte Switzerland’s Financial Advisory practice and a member of the Swiss Executive team. He has nearly 25 years of experience focused on serving industrial clients in the domestic market and internationally. His extensive expertise includes large transformation programmes and complex M&A transactions.

Kristina Keenan Faddoul, Managing Partner Growth

Kristina is an M&A Partner based in Zurich. With over 20 years of M&A experience across the entire deal lifecycle, she advises senior clients and executives on how to deliver value. She specialises in carve-outs, integrations, large transformation programmes and performance improvement for multinationals in Europe.

She has recently been involved in some of the largest transactions in the Swiss market, providing her M&A expertise and deep functional skills with a focus on building operating models and improving IT and operations areas.

Kristina also serves as Growth Leader in the Swiss Executive Team, focusing on markets and clients across all industries and leveraging Deloitte’s multi-disciplinary business model. She holds an MBA from Oxford Saïd Business School (UK) and a bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University (USA). She is fluent in English, German and French.

Jean-Francois Lagasse, Financial Services Industry Leader

Jean-François is the Swiss Financial Services Industry Leader and a Partner within Deloitte Switzerland's Financial Advisory business. He also leads our Global Wealth Management segment and is a member of the Swiss Executive. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field and has worked in the United States, Canada and Switzerland. Jean-François has successfully completed numerous M&A advisory and valuation mandates in sectors such as financial services, technology and telecom industries.

Karine Szegedi, Consumer Industry Leader

Karine leads the Consumer practice in Switzerland and is a member of the Swiss Executive. She is an Audit Partner and Swiss Licenced Audit expert with over 20 years of experience advising multinational consumer, retail, hospitality and life science companies. She has extensive expertise and knowledge of the fashion and luxury sector, with a particular focus on the watch industry. Karine also built up the Deloitte's Private division which focusses on family businesses, private equity and long-term wealth and succession strategies. She is a member of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce, the Career Women's Forum and an American Swiss Foundation Young Leaders alumna.

Antonio Russo, Innovation Leader and Partner Analytics & Cognitive Advisory

Antonio leads Deloitte's Analytics & Cognitive Advisory in Switzerland and is responsible for Innovation within Deloitte Switzerland’s Executive team. His team helps clients leverage the power of artificial intelligence and data to deliver more customer-centric and innovative products and services that catalyse growth and efficiencies.

He has over 20 years of experience in advising companies in large-scale global transformations, leveraging new delivery models (GBS/SSC, outsourcing) and innovative technologies (e.g. robotics, machine learning, natural language processing/generation). He helps global private sector and financial services organisations review and implement new strategies for business support functions, and deploy more effective and efficient services and governance models. Prior to joining Deloitte in April 2013, he held various sales and consulting leadership positions across Europe and was CEO of a start-up company developing brand protection technologies.

Vicky Levy, Global Life Sciences Leader and Swiss-US Trade Corridor Leader​

Vicky is the Deloitte Global Life Sciences Sector Leader and Swiss-US Trade Corridor Leader​. In this role, she ensures our leaders around the world are able to bring the best of Deloitte to bear in the Life Sciences sector and guides and advises Deloitte Life Sciences leaders across our global network. Vicky brings more than 25 years of global life sciences professional services experience to our clients around the globe. She advises executives across a range of topics, including executive transitions, transformation, culture and diversity, equity and inclusion topics.

She has architected and embedded global, commercial and digital transformation programs for a number of Fortune 100 life sciences companies. These transformations range from designing new commercial models and enterprise-wide customer-centricity, to digital transformations, and to new business models as the industry increasingly shifts to patient and healthcare system value. She has also advised a number of next generation therapy bio-tech companies as they pioneer bringing new medicines often for rare disease patient populations. She brings a broad range of therapeutic area knowledge across specialty and primary care.
