Nadja Lang

Nadja Lang is chairing the Board of Directors of ZFV-Unternehmungen since 2019 and also serves on the board of Swiss Post, PAX life insurance and Energie 360°, where she mainly focuses on Strategy, Transformation, HR and Governance. Having a Marketing/Business Development as well as Sustainability background, she was with Fairtrade Max Havelaar from 2005-17, serving as their CEO in Switzerland for 5 years. Before she held leading national and international roles in the FMCG sector.

Swiss serial entrepreneur focusing in Fintech, Digital Assets and Exponential Technologies. He co-founded the party platform usgang.ch in 1999 at the age of 20 (trade sale to Axel Springer) and was also co-founder of amiando, a ticketing platform, which was purchased by Xing and recognized as “Global Technology Pioneer” by the World Economic Forum (WEF) in 2010. Today Marc holds several board-level positions.

Professor of International Management at the Geneva School of Economics and Management (GSEM), University of Geneva, Switzerland. He is the co-director of the Master of Science in Responsible Management and teaches Corporate Strategy and Change Management. He is a permanent Visiting Professor and Chairman of the International Scientific Committee at the UNESCO department of the University of Bucharest, Romania and is a permanent Visiting Professor at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Switzerland. He leads R&D projects at national and international level (e.g. Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) and Swiss Development Agency - SDC).
