Andrew Busby

Andrew has worked for more than 25 years, with more than 18 years in M&A. He has significant experience dealing in large complex cross-border transactions within the mining, manufacturing, consumer business, utility and telecommunications sectors. His work focuses on providing buy-side and sell-side due diligence support including advising on financial and accounting aspects of Sale and Purchase Agreements. Prior to coming to Switzerland in 2008, Andrew worked in Australia, the UK and the UAE.
