Andreas Bodenmann

Andreas is Partner of Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice and a member of Deloitte Private in Switzerland. With more than 20 years in the profession, Andreas has gained comprehensive experience in leading audits and advisory projects for a wide range of corporations including locally oriented private as well as multinational listed companies. In addition, he has been leading engagements regarding capital market transactions including Initial Public Offerings and debt transactions, carve-out projects, reporting standard conversions, corporate governance, process improvement and internal controls. In his role as leader of Switzerland’s Best Managed Companies programme, Andreas drives Deloitte’s initiative to recognize private companies having achieved outstanding management practice.
