Holding an MBA, Arjan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), as well as ITIL V3 Foundation and Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner. In addition to overall IT Project Management, Arjan has a strong focus on legal technology, in particular e-Discovery/EDRM, Contract Management, Information Management, Enterprise Search, Knowledge Management, Document Management, Email Archiving covering several industries, such as Financial Services, Health Care, Energy, Construction, Law Enforcement, Intelligence, Human Resource, Publishers, Labor Unions, and many more.

Arjan has over 15 years of experience delivering client engagement and technology consulting specializing in advising businesses and legal teams on data driven events related to litigation and regulatory action, including relevant data identification and preservation, forensic collections, e-Discovery, cross-border disputes, FCPA and Whistleblowing investigations and international regulatory tax responses, large scale managed review and legal productions.

As international Project Manager, Arjan also has extensive experience in the full IT project cycle; initiating and developing project charters, writing statements of work, designing prototypes, setting up test environments, delivering solutions, managing processes and operations, and closing contracts.
