Adam is a senior Partner in our consulting practice focusing in particular on advising financial services institutions on their most strategically important initiatives. Since joining Deloitte in 2008, amongst other leadership roles, Adam has successfully led the Swiss Financial Services Industry practice and, more recently, the Swiss Consulting practice for five years during which period he sat on Deloitte Switzerland’s Executive Board and Deloitte North South Europe (NSE) Consulting Executive Board.
During his career in banking and professional services, Adam has accumulated over 30 years of experience advising senior executives and boards on areas such as restructuring, post-merger integration, business strategy development and operating model design. Adam serves strategic accounts in Switzerland and globally as lead client service partner and lead consulting partner. Adam started his career in private banking in Switzerland and was the global COO of a listed fintech company.
