Berit Gerritzen

Berit is a Director in our Consulting service line. Her sweet spot is where AI and strategy meet. A data scientist by training, she started out in industry as a strategy manager at an international pharma group before finding her passion for consulting. Berit is a seasoned project manager, focusing on innovative, pragmatic solutions using agile methodology: She has led data teams of up to 15 members, delivering complex global projects on time and on budget. She is an engaging facilitator, well-versed at running data and AI strategy workshops using methodologies such as design thinking, lean start-up and Deloitte Insight Driven Organisation framework. Berit holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from University of St. Gallen (HSG), focused on health econometric applications and which she finished during a 1-year research fellowship at Harvard University.
