Carlo Verri

Carlo is a Partner in our Life Sciences practice and leads the Customer Strategy team in Switzerland. He has over 15 years of experience in management consulting. Carlo led multiple projects at both headquarter and affiliate level, from commercial (digital) strategy definition to organisational design and implementation of large project transformations. He has primarily supported clients in the pharma, biotech and MedTech sector, but he vast experience in advising retail & consumer goods corporations.

Carlo holds an MBA Columbia Business School in New York and graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan.
