David McNeil

David is the geography Reputation and Risk Leader for Switzerland and is responsible for the various teams within Quality Risk & Security. Within this role he is Ethics Officer, Data Privacy Officer and Director of Independence for Switzerland and also the Financial Crime leader for NSE.

In addition, David is an international tax partner within the EMEA Energy and Resources team, and a partner in the tax accounting and tax management consulting group for Deloitte in Switzerland having moved from our London office to Geneva in 2007. He has 27 years’ experience in serving multinational businesses delivering the year end tax reporting numbers and global Corporate Income Tax compliance for large multinational groups, including several in the E&R sector. When involved in tax audits he brings his experience in IAS 12, finance transformation and process improvement and combines it with his experience in auditing other large multinational companies and understanding of their tax risks and exposures to the delivery of an added value audit experience.
