Daniel Tonks

Daniel leads Deloitte Switzerland’s Pensions Advisory offering. He began his pensions consulting career in the UK in 2007 before moving to Switzerland in 2011. Daniel is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in the UK and brings a broad knowledge of pensions systems in many countries where defined benefits are common, though with a particular focus on Switzerland and the UK.

He supports companies in dealing with the financing and accounting challenges posed by pension arrangements, both on a business-as-usual basis, such as regular annual reporting, and during times of change, such as restructurings and M&A activity.
