Daniel Wood

Dan is a partner in the Transaction Services team in Switzerland who has deep experience in advising corporate and Private Equity clients on the key values drivers of complex, cross border transactions. As well as leading the financial due diligence engagements, Dan also has extensive experience in advising on Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and Closing Account processes.

Prior to joining Deloitte Switzerland, Dan started his career at Deloitte London in external audit and during this time, he qualified as a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Dan is a British citizen and fluent in English and German.
