Ekaterina is an experienced supply chain professional specialized in SAP-based business transformations and tax driven supply chain process optimizations. She brings more than 15 years broad and comprehensive experience in the cross-border processes of multinational companies in the Consumer and Manufacturing business. Ekaterina’s expertise in complex supply chain, intercompany and sales setups, template designs, realization projects and global roll-outs is widely recognized and with this capacity she is leading the Customs and Global Trade team in the Swiss practice.
