Katharina Ohnmacht

Katharina is the Deloitte International Affairs and Development Chief of Staff for Switzerland and works with clients like UN organisations, non-profits organisations, foundations and foreign affairs departments. She has longstanding multi-cultural consulting experience in the non-profit space, having led multiple innovation projects and refugee integration initiatives in different countries. In her current role, Katharina facilitates the interaction of clients and Deloitte experts across the world to find solutions for individual client needs. Her own expertise includes service design, digital transformation from strategy to implementation and project management. Katharina has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, enabling her to make ideas tangible and scale them.
