Kristina Faddoul

Kristina is the Managing Partner of Deloitte Switzerland’s Strategy, Risk & Transactions practice and a member of the Swiss Executive team. With over 20 years of M&A experience across the entire deal lifecycle, she advises senior clients and executives on how to deliver value. She specialises in carve-outs, integrations, large transformation programmes and performance improvement for multinationals in Europe.

Kristina has recently been involved in some of the largest transactions in the Swiss market, providing her M&A expertise and deep functional skills with a focus on building operating models and improving IT and operations areas. She holds an MBA from Oxford Saïd Business School (UK), a bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University (USA) and is fluent in English, German and French.
