Klaus is a specialist in IT strategy, IT operating models, IT governance and complex (IT) transformation programmes. He has been part of the Enterprise Technology and Performance Team at Deloitte since 2013 and is responsible, among other things, for the further development and adaptation of the Deloitte Technology Target Operating Model Framework.
