Krys Dudek

Krys leads the M&A Technology practice within Financial Advisory and is a Director in Deloitte’s Integration & Separation Advisory team in Zurich. He has over 20 years’ experience in the professional services industry, including 15 years working on multiple merger deals and separation transactions, specialising on IT integration and IT separation. Krys has also led numerous IT due diligence engagements from both the buy-side and the sell-side, as well as post-deal IT projects in various industries.
