Liam is a Partner at Deloitte Switzerland with over 15 years’ professional experience with Deloitte. He currently leads the Disruptive Events Assurance team which advises clients on accounting and finance matters related to capital market transactions including acquisitions, disposals and Initial Public Offerings. Liam brings deep expertise in leading large complex projects for organisations related to transaction readiness and execution (including US markets), M&A due diligence, finance transformation, risk management and SOX internal controls, GAAP conversions and complex accounting topics. Liam is experienced in leading global audits of listed companies across all industries and is a member of Deloitte Switzerland’s IFRS Financial Instruments Desk.
