Morgan Schaeffer

Morgan has joined Deloitte to focus on actuarial, reporting and regulatory topics. In his previous roles, he has been leading actuarial audits for numerous insurance companies and groups in Switzerland and abroad, MCEV audits and Solvency 2 internal model validation projects. He was also the lead actuary for the impact assessments of IFRS 17 for Swiss groups and subsidiaries. Morgan has extensive experience in regulatory projects with FINMA. He has led several investigation projects mandated by FINMA and has also supported several insurers in responding to FINMA’s requests, including modelling approach, strategy and documentation.
