Nora has more than 20 years of experience in consulting and project/program management. Her focus is on strategic business transformation programs in the Financial Services and CPG Industry, typically underpinned by SAP. Nora’s main strengths are her ability to work with executives and their teams to define and structure complex organisational and program management problems, and to lead the implementation of the changes necessary to solve them.
