Richard is a partner within the Global Employer Services team in Geneva and leads the national Global Workforce Solutions team.

Deloitte’s Global Workforce Solutions team bring solutions to the Global Mobility challenges faced by our clients. This can be from Global Workforce Consulting to Global Compensation Management to Mobility Technology implementations. Through Deloitte’s market leading alliance with Equus Software, Richard’s team is delivering AssignmentPro implementations throughout Switzerland.

Richard is the Global Engagement Partner for our largest Swiss HQ multinational client, with responsibility for global service delivery in the areas of tax compliance, tax and global mobility technology, global compensation management and global mobility advisory services. Richard leads a team in Geneva and has responsibility over the service delivered by them and the Deloitte global network to the client.

Richard has national responsibility for Deloitte’s Technology & Innovation team, leading the implementation of automation tools, RPA etc. into the practice.
