Shubhra is a Manager in the Organisational Transformation & Talent practice. She is co-leading the Deloitte Learning practice in Switzerland.

In the context of client strategic and operational transformations, Shubhra’s focus is in the area of learning, communications and change management to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the to-be state in various business functions and geographies. She has managed human capital transformations of large, multinational companies with specific focus on stakeholder engagement, learning and training and communications strategy. She has worked in various industries including healthcare, financial sector and professional services firms. Shubhra is fluent in English, French and Hindi.
