Steven is a Director in Business Operations Consulting and leads the Operational Excellence practice in Switzerland.

With many years of international experience, Steven is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He helps his clients to improve their financial and operational performance, by working alongside them to deliver enterprise-wide and executive-led operational effectiveness programmes, and drive technology-enabled business transformation.

He focuses on large scale operations transformation programmes across multiple industries, with extensive experience working on business process improvement and simplification leveraging process and task mining technologies, strategic cost reduction programmes, target operating model design and operational excellence.
