Her strong track record includes delivering complex business transformation programmes, and she has extensive experience in organisational restructuring, M&A integration, talent management strategy, and culture strategy and transformation across multiple industries and territories (Europe, USA and Latin America). Teena has also performed in-house transformation lead roles in the pharmaceutical and oil & gas industries.
