Timo Helbling

Timo is an Assistant Manager in the M&A Financial Advisory Team in Zurich and part of the Sports Business Group. During his time at Deloitte, he has worked with multiple Sports Organisations and companies in the sports sector, advising them on a variety of financial and strategic topics.

Before his time at Deloitte, he worked in Asset Management and was also a professional Ice Hockey Player for more than 20 years, playing in the USA, Canada, Finland and Switzerland. He had the opportunity to play in the NHL and to represent Switzerland on multiple occasions, including three World Championships.

Timo holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Banking and Finance from the Hochschule Lucerne and is currently completing his ACCA qualification.
