Yousif Al-Adhami

Yousif leads Deloitte Switzerland's Technology & Transformation practice. He is a member of the Swiss Executive Group and a member of the Executive of Deloitte Technology & Transformation in North and South Europe (NSE). He is specialised in Digital Transformation and Life Sciences, with extensive experience in IT strategy, sourcing and operating models. Since joining Deloitte in 2007, Yousif has been instrumental in advising, designing, and leading significant IT transformation programs for a diverse array of European and Global organisations.

Yousif's exemplary leadership and expertise were recognized in 2022 with his appointment to the Executive as the Technology Advisory Leader, a position he continues to hold. His primary focus is on driving the long-term success of Deloitte’s consulting clients, bolstering their innovative capabilities. This includes providing strategic guidance on the adoption of generative artificial intelligence and leveraging Deloitte’s comprehensive suite of sustainability services.
