“Organizer” on this webpage refers to the entity collecting your personal data via the registration form that linked to this webpage.

(e) The data is to be provided to Deloitte;

(f) The classes of marketing subjects in relation to which the data is to be used includes:

(i) marketing and regulatory updates;

(ii) invitations to seminars; and

(iii) other events organized, sponsored or promoted by Deloitte;

(g) You may, without charge by the Organiser, communicate your written consent by clicking the checkbox in the registration form.

In the event of any conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
