Deloitte China clarifies a false statement

It has been brought to the recent attention of Deloitte China that an entity, which refers itself as U.C. Morgan, has published a Chinese statement which falsely suggests that "Deloitte" has a professional relationship with U.C. Morgan in the context of a proposed listing on NASDAQ. In fact Deloitte China has no knowledge of U.C. Morgan, has no business or professional relationship with U.C. Morgan, and has never provided any form of professional advice to U.C. Morgan. Deloitte China is considering taking legal action against U.C. Morgan.
