Deloitte China assists listing of Easy Smart Group on Stock Exchange of Hong Kong

Deloitte China supported the listing of Easy Smart Group Holdings Limited (Easy Smart Group; stock ticker: 02442.HK) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 9 May 2023.

Easy Smart Group offered 10.2 million shares at HKD1.28 per share, raising HKD131 million in total.

Easy Smart Group is a subcontractor specializing in passive fire protection works, which undertakes both public sector and private sector projects in Hong Kong, and provides services in projects for various types of properties including public infrastructure and facilities, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, and residential buildings. Major customers include large market players in the property development and construction sectors in Hong Kong.
