Deloitte China assists listing of China AMC Shenzhen International REIT on Shenzhen Stock Exchange

Deloitte China assisted China AMC Shenzhen International Warehousing and Logistics Closed-end Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund (China AMC Shenzhen International REIT, Fund Code: 180302) to list and begin trading on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) on 9 July 2024. This is the 1st warehouse and logistics infrastructure real estate investment trust (REIT) to list in the A-share market in 2024.

Client overview

The underlying assets of China AMC Shenzhen International REIT are the Shenzhen International Logistics Port Hangzhou (Phase I) Project in Qiantang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, and the Shenzhen International Logistics Port Guizhou Longli Project in Longli County, Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. Both are high-standard logistics and warehouse projects.
