Deloitte China assists listing of GL-Carlink Technology on SEHK

Deloitte China supported the listing of GL-Carlink Technology Holding Limited (GL-Carlink Technology, stock ticker: 02531.HK) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK) on 15 July 2024. GL-Carlink Technology is a smart internet service provider in China's automotive aftermarket industry.

GL-Carlink Technology offered about 63.60 million shares at HKD4.70 each, raising around HKD299 million.
