Experience
CP Wai joined WCWP International Limited in 2001, after running a small award-wining practice, to work on large-scale luxury property developments. CP’s oeuvre includes several residential and commercial developments, offices, hotels, clubhouses and educational institutes etc. in Hong Kong and PRC big cities, such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing and Dongguan. With Mayfair by the Sea I & II being the latest one along the list. CP, being well known for his all round capability, has been actively involved in the master planning, design and contract administration stage of all these projects. More recently, with his experience acquired in working with property developers, such as Hutchsion, Hendersion, Sino and Ka Wah etc., he has led teams of architects on a waterfront mixed commercial and 7600-unit residential development in Macau.
