Experience
As the former Executive Director of another local award-winning practice, Louis had managed and supervised staff of 30+ and was in-charge in all the private and public projects. His broad expertise provides comprehensive design and construction management, including monitor the development programme, review the design, allocate the projects to various teams, conduct site supervision to ensure the contractors have carried out the works diligently, and manage the financial status of the project, etc.
Louis has a rich portfolio comprising private residential and public housing development, offices, hotels, ASD minor works, NGO social services centres and institutional GIC buildings. He has undertaken over 15,000 flats of Public Housing Project for Hong Kong Housing Authority as deputy Project and Design Director since 2014, and also leaded his teams to complete over 60 nos. of SWD funded social welfare services centres, incl. elderly home, children & youth services centre, rehabilitation services hostel & workshop, and licensing validation of rehabilitation hostel, etc.
