The BIOHK2022 convention will be held in Hong Kong on 14 - 17 December. One of the most authoritative biotechnology conferences in Asia, co-organized by the Hong Kong Biotechnology Organization (HKBIO), BayHelix Group, and Ausvic Capital. As the partner and sponsor of BIOHK, Deloitte sets up booth at Hongkong Convention and Exhibition Center, as well as organizes and participates in a series of speeches at the main forum.

To facilitate the participation of industry professionals from all regions, Deloitte together with InvestHK will organise a hybrid seminar at Deloitte's Hong Kong office on 13 December morning. With the theme of Thriving through change – INspire the Biotech innovation hub of the future, we will focus on the current development environment of China's biopharma industry, technological advances, and investment trends, and foresee the future of the biotech industry. 

China's biopharma industry has made great strides with the policy incentives, capital support and technology advances. China's biopharma technical innovations are increasingly aligned with those globally, with countries optimistic about the prospects for China's biopharma market. However, the reaction of the capital market in the second half of this year has brought a cold current to the biotech industry. How will the investment trends evolve in the future? After the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), what are the implications for the biopharma industry? What are the current application prospects for digital technologies? To this end, Deloitte invites experts to discuss biotech's future from a macro perspective, technology application, and market trends.
