Deloitte China acquires core assets of Hengqin Blulanic Technology Services Company Limited

Deloitte China announced today the completion of acquisition of the assets of Hengqin Blulanic Technology Services Company Limited (hereinafter " Blulanic Technology"), a holistic one-stop solution service provider for customs supervision areas. The key assets involved in this deal include selected backlog contracts and intellectual property (IP) of Blulanic Technology. And we have also taken in its core professional talents.

Blulanic Technology is a well-recognized information technology and consulting company with a broad client base focusing on special customs supervision areas, cross-border e-commerce comprehensive experimental zones, and foreign trade public services platform informatization. Its core team have more than 10 years of professional service experience in the related industry. Leveraging its technical strength and extensive knowledge and experience in the customs industry, Blulanic Technology provides comprehensive and serial professional informatization products and solutions to meet clients' needs constantly. Meanwhile, it also owns proprietary IP rights to a number of proprietary software and technological achievements. This acquisition will help Deloitte China enhance its customs digitalization service capability, further improve its client service experience, and expand its leading position in the customs and global trade services markets.

The core team from Blulanic Technology joining Deloitte China this time comprises top talents with more than 10 years of customs digitalization service experience, equipped with design consultation, implementation, business support capability and integration experience. They have successfully delivered a number of integrated solutions covering various park feasibility study, declaration, planning, project construction and independent customs operations.
