European Union – Mandatory tax reporting (DAC6)
Zoom webinar invitation
4 December 2020, 4:30p.m.
The sixth version of the EU Directive on administrative cooperation (DAC 6) implements new mandatory disclosure rules for EU intermediaries and taxpayers in relation to certain arrangements. Reporting is already live in Austria, Finland and Germany. The majority is coming on stream from January 2021. Are you already in compliance with these requirements? What preparations should your organisation have in place to ensure compliance? We will discuss:
- The legislative landscape and implementation status with key points of differences for selected countries.
- Practical case examples and the country perspective interpretation of the potential reporting obligation.
- Process considerations how to deal with this new reporting requirement.
Learn more about these new rules in the different EU Member States under these new rules and the pragmatic steps to ensuring compliance.
