PRC Individual Income Tax ("IIT") Implications and New Regulations

In this seminar, we are mainly going to talk about the PRC IIT implications for an expat individual who is deciding to go to work in China. We will discuss on the main fulfilments of an expat individual as each case implicates different tax and legal consequences.

We hope this seminar will increase the knowledge of expat individuals on their own fiscal position in order to avoid future complications with PRC tax agency and possibly avoid erroneous tax loss.
