Italian Expats in China

Italian – PRC Individual Income Tax ("IIT") Implications

5 December 2018 | Shanghai

In this seminar, we are mainly going to talk about Italian and PRC IIT implications for an Italian expat individual who is deciding to go to work in China, who works there already or who is deciding to repatriate back to Italy. We will discuss on the main fulfilments of an Italian individual as each case implicates different tax and legal consequences.

We hope this seminar will increase the knowledge of Italian individuals on their own fiscal position in order to avoid future complications with Italian and PRC tax agency and possibly avoid erroneous tax loss.
