2021 Deloitte Optics Valley Technology Fast 20 & Rising Star Program

Fast growing high-tech companies can now apply for participation in 2021 Optics Valley Technology Fast 20 Program and the “Optics Valley Rising Star” Campaign. High-growth enterprises across the Optics Valley area will compete for the prestigious award.

Program overview

2021 Optics Valley Technology Fast 20 Program (Optics Valley TF20 Program) and the “Optics Valley Rising Star” Campaign are co-hosted by Deloitte China and Wuhan East Lake High-Tech Development Zone Management Committee. As a subproject of China Technology Fast 50 (TF50) Program, Optics Valley TF20 and Rising Star Program aims to recognize outstanding companies that continue to innovate and grow at high rates. Once an enterprise enters Optics Valley TF20 ranking, it automatically becomes a candidate for China TF50 Program and Asia Pacific Technology Fast 500 Program. All Optics Valley Rising Star enterprises are eligible for the China Rising Star Program.

"Deloitte Technology Fast "was founded in 1995 in Silicon Valley and launched in 2005 in China. This program recognizes outstanding companies that continue to innovate and grow at high rates. Considered the program as a benchmark for global fast-growing companies, it takes place simultaneously every year in more than 30 countries.

"Deloitte Rising Star" is a twin project to " Deloitte Technology Fast " aims to recognize outstanding companies that have been established for a short period of time but have achieved leadership in their niche areas and have great growth potential.

"Deloitte Technology Fast" and "Deloitte Rising Star" lists have produced many industry leaders in the past. Notable winners through the years include Alibaba, Tencent, Jingdong, Bytedance, Mare Medical, SMIC, WuXi AppTec, Apple Microsoft, Amazon, Tesla, etc.

Eligibility Criteria

Optics Valley Technology Fast 20

1）In order to be eligible for Optics Valley Technology Fast 20, the companies need:

• Be a High & New Technological Enterprise and have its own proprietary intellectual property rights or know-how which generate significant business revenue;
• Be established for more than 3 years, but not more than 10 years;
• Have at least RMB1,000,000 as the business revenue in 2018 and shall not exceed RMB200,000,000 in 2020;
• Provide audit reports of the years of 2018, 2019 and 2020;
• Be headquartered in Wuhan East Lake High-Tech Development Zone.

2) Selection criteria:

• Revenue growth in the past three fiscal years;
• Technological innovation capability;
• Industry opportunities and ranking.

Optics Valley Rising Star

1) In order to be eligible for Optics Valley Rising Star, the companies need:

• Be headquartered in Wuhan East Lake High-Tech Development Zone.
• Be established for no more than 10 years;
• The average age of the founder team is under 35;
• Have leading technology and a viable business model;        
• Have extensive growth potential with a leading position in their industry segments.

2) Selection criteria:

• Company valuation
• Founding team
• Technological innovation
• Industry prospect

Registration Time & List Announcement

Note:

• Candidate can only apply for one program between Optics Valley TF20 and RS at same year.
• Enterprises can be selected repeatedly into Optics Valley TF20 and only once into RS.
• All the financial information of the enterprise will be strictly confidential.
