Anita Ding

Anita Ding is a partner of our transaction services practice in Shanghai. She has over thirteen years of mergers and acquisitions as well as auditing experience in China. Anita has extensive experience in M&A advisory, investments and M&A deal structuring, financial due diligence and other financial advisory areas. She has intensive insights in business environment of china and in corporate M&A procedures. The expertise and experiences she gained enable her to provide M&A advisory services for multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises as well as small and medium-sized enterprises.  She has outbound M&A project experience in sectors including renewable energy, pharmaceutical, mining, manufacturing and education etc.

Areas of Anita’s major industry experience comprise automotive, pharmaceutical & chemical, consumer business, food & beverages, IT, energy & natural resources, and manufacturing.

Ms. Ding holds a MBA degree from The Strathclyde Graduate Business School and a Bachelor of Accounting Degree from The University of Shanghai For Science and Technology.  She is also a member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
