Henry Cheung

Henry is a partner in the life Insurance practice of Deloitte Actuarial based in Hong Kong. He joined the firm in 2011 after working in ING Hong Kong and BOCG Life Insurance, and overall has around 16 years’ working experience. Henry provided extensive advisory on technical matters and system implementation on various key regulatory changes such as Solvency II, IFRS 17 and Hong Kong Risk Based Capital to the major multinational insurers in Hong Kong. Henry has been appointed as the Appointed Actuary of a French-based reinsurance company since 2017. Henry's main focus is to leverage his wide-range of project experience to solve the complex problems between Finance, Actuarial and Risk in the transformation projects.
