Jay Harrison

Jay is the Global Assurance Leader and a member of the Global Audit & Assurance Executive team. He also leads Audit Transformation, Advisory in Audit (AiA) and the Global Capital Markets Group (GCMG) for Deloitte China.

In his roles with various Deloitte member firms since 1990 (Chicago, Milan, New York, Paris, Hong Kong and Beijing), he has served assurance and advisory clients across a wide range of industries. His focus included manufacturing, energy and TMT clients providing advice on the application of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, IFRS, and the SEC’s regulations in connection with U. S. capital markets transactions. Jay drives change at the clients he serves and within Deloitte.
