Jessica Namad

Jessica is a Director within the Deloitte Risk Advisory FSI team in Hong Kong and is currently the China Lead for the Asia Pacific Centre for Regulatory Strategy (ACRS), providing insights on regulatory developments across key topics to help clients anticipate, understand and respond to regulatory changes and manage the impact to their business. She has over eleven years of experience in regulation and leading regulatory engagements, including supporting the reform of the China financial services industry, sustainable finance, regulatory compliance reviews, implementation of regulations in banks via delivery of target operating models, and establishment of risk frameworks. Jessica has worked with banks, insurers and asset managers across the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Jessica worked in a variety of different supervisory, policy and management roles across the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and the Bank of England Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) in the United Kingdom.
