Nestor Wang

Mr. Nestor Wang has over 19 years working experiences in professional practice. He has rich experiences in serving various sectors/ industries including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, iron & steel, high-technology, construction & real estate, banking, securities & insurance and so on. He has led and been involved in many IPOs , merging & acquisitions, consulting and advisory transactions in China Mainland, Hong Kong and U.S. market backed up with his wealth of knowledge and practical experiences to a wide range of clients, including high-tech companies, large State-owned enterprise and multinational organizations. Nestor was ACCA ( China ) Think Tank Member from 2013, and granted the title of "2013 China's Youth Award" by CICPA.

Nestor graduated from Zhongnan University of Economic and Law, and possess CICPA, ACCA, CIA and HKCPA certificates.
