Deloitte China Vice Chairman, A&A Risk Leader, TMT Leader
Taylor Lam is Vice Chairman of China Governing Board at Deloitte and has extensive governance experiences. Taylor has worked at Deloitte in Beijing, Boston, Hong Kong and New York for over 32 years and has been based in Beijing since July 2005.
Taylor is also Deloitte China’s National Audit & Assurance Risk Leader and a core member of the Audit Leadership. He has extensive client service experiences and specializes in managing mega and complex engagements, and has been the lead partner of China Telecom, China Unicom, JD.com, CNOOC and CRRC, each of which is a Global Fortune 500 company. Furthermore, Taylor has abundant experiences in initial public offering services, in particular in US and Hong Kong markets, and has advised and helped many Chinese companies go public successfully.
In addition, Taylor is Deloitte China’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (“TMT”) Industry Leader and Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment (“TME”) Sector Leader, and also a member of Deloitte’s Global TMT Industry Committee. He is a frequent speaker in media on TMT and IPO related topics.
