Taylor Lam
Reputation & Risk Group Leader, National Audit & Assurance Risk Leader, Deloitte China
Taylor Lam, a Certified Public Accountant, has worked at Deloitte in Beijing, Boston, Hong Kong, and New York for 33 years and has been based in Mainland China since July 2005. Taylor leads the Firm’s Reputation and Risk Group, which oversees the Firm’s risk management and reputation matters, and is a member of the China Management Team (“CMT”). He is also the Firm’s National Audit & Assurance (A&A) Risk Leader and is a core member of the A&A leadership.
In addition, Taylor has extensive client service experiences in managing mega and complex engagements, and has been the lead partner of a number of Global Fortune 500 companies in telecommunications, technology, oil and gas, etc. Furthermore, he has abundant experiences in initial public offering services and has advised and helped many Chinese companies go public successfully in Hong Kong, US, or A-share market.
Prior to joining the CMT, Taylor was Vice Chairman of the China Governing Board and acted as a Board member for 6 years, and Deloitte China’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (“TMT”) Industry Leader and Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment Sector Leader, and also a member of Deloitte’s Global TMT Industry Committee and Global 5G leadership. He is a frequent speaker on TMT and IPO related topics on media.
