Zurich, 18 January 2017

Deloitte in Switzerland has secured Prime 2, a new development in the Zurich Hardbrücke business area right next to the Prime Tower, as its new flagship Swiss headquarters. As the leading anchor tenant of the Welti-Furrer Prime 2 plot, Deloitte has the opportunity to influence the building design and obtain a bespoke fit-out to fully suit the firm’s needs. The new development offers an efficient layout with highly flexible spaces and additional options for expansion to accommodate Deloitte’s ambitious growth plans in Switzerland. The single roof solution will bring all employees together, consolidating the existing campus in the Zurich Enge area.

Zurich West, particularly the Hardbrücke area, is a “prime” location gaining reputation for its well-known, high quality developments and significant investment in infrastructure, including entertainment and transport. The new building located right next to the Prime Tower is due to be completed in late 2020 and ready for occupation soon after.
