The Innovation & Entrepreneurship Centre (IEC) of Deloitte Cyprus, ran by the Strategy & Transactions team, implements actions and initiatives with the vision to develop the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem of Cyprus and abroad.
Innovation:
- Participation in European or nationally funded projects and ad hoc research for internal or external purposes.
- Participation is promoted in projects that focus on and promote innovative practices in various sectors of the economy.
- Involvement in EU-funded projects including:
Socio-economic impact studies
Market research studies
Cost-benefit analysis
Project and financial management
Quality management
Communication and dissemination
Exploitation, commercialisation and sustainability plans
- Advisory services to clients in relation to available funding opportunities and proposal writing.
Entrepreneurship:
- Activities and initiatives related to start-ups and scale-ups.
- Supporting high growth start-ups and scale-ups globally to accelerate their go-to market strategy.
- Organisation of events, workshops and hackathons to build the community.
- Strategic Partner in IDEA Incubator/Accelerator,in Cyprus.
- Leveraging expertise in designing and implementing tailored acceleration programs.
- Running ARIS A Really Inspiring Story accelerator since 2018.
