Strategic shift of real estate legal services in Deloitte Legal
We would like to inform you of a strategic change within Deloitte Legal that will have a positive impact on the provision of real estate legal services.
We are streamlining our real estate legal services to provide a one-stop-shop for all real estate-related legal matters, such as leases, M&A, structuring or corporate governance. This strategic shift is designed to provide you with more integrated and specialised support from a single team. By pooling our resources and knowledge, we aim to provide a more cohesive and efficient experience for all your real estate legal needs.
In this regard, we would like to introduce our Real Estate Legal Team, which handles all real estate legal matters and consists of Daniel Vitouš, Martin Mintora, Klára Veverková and our latest acquisition, Tomáš Vohrabal. Tomáš Vohrabal is a lawyer with more than 5 years of experience in the real estate sector. The team is supported by Petr Suchý, head of M&A legal services.
