Deloitte Legal Czech Republic is part of Deloitte Legal, a global full-service law-firm of over 2,800 legal professionals operating across 80+ countries.
While benefiting from the resources and insights of a global firm, we make every effort to maintain an on-the-ground understanding of substantive legal and regulatory matters, our local markets, and the latest industry-specific issues.
We take an integrated approach to providing seamless legal services in the CE region: Present in 19 countries, with more than 470 legal professionals fully qualified in their respective jurisdictions, we offer innovative, technology enabled legal solutions and their cross-functional delivery with the tax, corporate, finance, and consulting teams within Deloitte. Due to this, Deloitte Legal is rapidly becoming one of the leading legal services providers in the region delivering unmatched bundled business solutions.
In terms of headcount, we currently rank as one of the largest law firms in the Czech Republic. Due to our rapid growth and client satisfaction, we have maintained double-digit revenue growth and employ more than 90 legal professionals located in five offices throughout the Czech Republic (Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Pilsen, Hradec Králové).

We also focus on stimulating discussion in the Czech business community, among politicians, and the public, regarding the quality of adopted legal regulations, including their impact on business, by organising, for the 11th time in a row, the annual Act of the Year survey.
An Innovative Approach
We are the driving market force behind taking an innovative approach to legal services. We have established a specialized team which focuses on monitoring which legal services can be automated or commoditised, which services require the labour of lawyers, which services can be performed by non-legal professionals and, consequently, which technologies or processes can be introduced into our own daily operations in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
By way of example, after successfully using it in several projects, we are now fine-tuning our internal tool for automated document review. This enables us to conduct high-volume document review work effectively and thus offer cost savings to clients.
Similarly, we are pioneers in alternative methods of product delivery to our clients. We will soon replace the majority of email correspondence with communication through our online portal which will also allow clients to keep track of their projects in real time.
Finally, we benefit from the expertise of non-legal professionals covering data analytics, statistics, technology, and project management who are regularly involved in our projects. This is again a distinctive trait of our services compared to other law firms - as a result, we achieve maximum efficiency.
