Anna Kolodrubcová is a Senior Associate in the M&A Department at Deloitte Legal in Prague.
Anna has extensive experience in providing legal advice on cross-border and domestic corporate transformations as well as acquisition transactions. She is also well-versed in advising on corporate law and negotiating, drafting, and consultations regarding commercial contracts.
Anna graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and completed a study internship at the Faculty of Law of Tilburg University in the Netherlands as part of her Master's study programme. She also expanded her professional knowledge by taking a one-year course in British law organised by the British Law Centre under the auspices of the University of Cambridge.
